This Beetroot Detox Water is effective in weight loss

Rich in water content and low in calories, this seasonal delight is full of protein and fibre content that when consumed on an empty stomach helps in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight. According to a Japanese study, adding 1 or 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your body on an empty stomach can help you lose weight.
