HERE Technologies appoints Jason Jameson as SVP and GM for Asia Pacific; Charity Rumery as GM Americas, Auto News, ET Auto

New Delhi: HERE Technologies, a leading location data and technology platform, has appointed Jason Jameson as senior vice president (SVP) and general manager for Asia Pacific. He will be responsible for identifying opportunities for customers, partners and developers, across industries, and will leverage the power of location to solve business problems. Jameson is replacing Stanimira Koleva who left HERE to pursue a new opportunity, the company said in a release on Monday.

HERE has appointed Charity Rumery as general manager of the Americas. She will be responsible for driving customer-focused growth opportunities for the company’s platform and partners throughout North and South America.

Jason, who has extensive experience in managing sales and driving customer success of cloud-based solutions to diverse markets and organisations, joins HERE from IBM where he held various executive leadership roles over the past decade and most recently led their cloud business in APAC.

“Jason’s strong focus on customer success, profitability and productivity will be a great asset to support HERE’s growth in the region,” Fred Hessabi, HERE EVP and chief customer officer, said.

“I’m delighted to be joining HERE Technologies, a pioneer in location-based services, to lead the Asia Pacific sales team on its next growth trajectory,” Jameson said.

“Charity brings extensive experience leading a customer-centric sales strategy and a deep knowledge of the HERE platform,” Hessabi said.

“HERE is well positioned to leverage our platform and location data to help our customers, partners as the world moves forward. I see a huge opportunity within our region, and I look forward to supporting our customers and partners throughout the upcoming journey,” Charity said.
