1. Mahindra Thar

The new-generation Mahindra Thar is available in two variants in the Indian market.

These include a 2.2-liter m Hawk diesel engine and a 2.0-liter turbocharged m Stallion petrol engine. Its turbo petrol engine generates 150 bhp power and 320 Nm torque.

At the same time, its BS-6 compliant 2.2-liter m Hawk diesel engine generates a maximum power of 130 bhp and peak torque of 300 Nm.

The base ex-showroom price of the base variant of Mahindra Thar is Rs 9.80 lakh, which goes up to Rs 12.49 lakh on its top end variants.

2. Hyundai i20

The Hyundai i20 is available with three engine variants.

These include 1.2-liter Kappa petrol, 1.5-liter diesel and 1.0-liter turbocharged petrol engines.

Talking about transmission, the company has also given the option of intelligent manual transmission with manual and automatic transmission unit.

3. Nissan Magnite

The Nissan Magnite is available in two petrol engines variants in India.

These include 1.0-liter and 1.0-liter turbo petrol units.

Its 1.0-liter petrol engine generates a maximum power of 71 bhp and peak torque of 96 Nm.

At the same time, its 1.0-liter turbo petrol unit generates maximum power of 99 bhp and peak torque of 160 Nm.

Both engines have a 5-speed manual gearbox.

However, the turbo petrol unit also has the option of an optional CVT automatic unit, which generates torque of 152 Nm.

The Nissan Magnite Subcompact SUV has an initial Delhi ex-showroom price of Rs 4.99 lakh, which goes up to Rs 9.35 lakh on its top-end variants.

4. Toyota Urban Cruiser

The Toyota Urban Cruiser has a 1.5-liter 4-cylinder K-Series BS6 petrol engine similar to the Vitara Brezza for power.

Its engine generates a maximum power of 103 BHP and peak torque of 138 Nm.

The company has launched its new SUV in three variants. These include mid, high and premium variants.

In all three trims, customers will get the option of automatic transmission.

Its base variant has an initial Delhi ex-showroom of Rs 8.40 lakh, which goes up to Rs 11.30 lakh on its top end variants.

5. MG Gloaster

The MG Gloster is powered by a 2-liter 4-cylinder twin turbo diesel engine.

Its engine will generate maximum power of 215 PS and peak torque of 480 Nm.

Its engine is equipped with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

The MG Gloster has 1 Diesel Engine on offer. The Diesel engine is 1996 cc .

It is available with the Automatic transmission.

Depending upon the variant and fuel type the Gloster has a mileage of 12.4 to 14.5 kmpl.

The Gloster is a 6 seater suv and has length of 4985mm, width of 1926mm and a wheelbase of 2950mm.

MG Gloster’s initial ex-showroom price in the Indian market is Rs 29.98 lakh, which goes up to Rs 35.38 lakh on its top end variants.

6. Kia Sonet

The Kia Sonnet comes with three engine options.

The Sonnet features a 1.0-liter turbo-petrol (117 bhp power and 172 Nm torque) dual-clutch AT, a 1.2-liter petrol engine (81 bhp power and 115 Nm torque) with a 5-speed manual transmission and 1.5- The liter diesel engine will be equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission with power of 113 Bhp and 250 Nm.

The new feature iMT semi-automatic transmission, available in Venue, will also be found in Sonnet.

The Kia Sonnet offers a 6-speed torque converter with a diesel engine.

The initial ex-showroom price of Kia Sonet is Rs 6.71 lakh, which goes up to Rs 12.89 lakh on its top end variants.

7. Hyundai Creta

The Hyundai Creta is available in the Indian market in 1.6-liter diesel, 1.6-liter petrol and 1.4-liter diesel engines.

The 1591 cc engine of Hyundai Creta (Dual VTVT) generates power of 123PS and torque of 151 Nm.

The 1396 cc engine of Hyundai Creta (CRDi) generates 90PS power and torque of 239 Nm.

The 1582 cc engine of Hyundai Creta (VGT with CRDi) generates 128PS power and 259 Nm torque.

The new Hyundai Creta has an initial Delhi-X showroom price of Rs 9.81 lakh, which goes up to Rs 17.31 lakh.
